Eitan's Flexability




I want to improve my flexability by doing yoga atleast twice a week and stretching daily. Currently, I cannot even sit up correctly with my legs extended or lift my arms straight over my head.




I want to focus on stretching and relaxing my whole body. Everyday I do some kind of activity, mostly water sports (windsurfing/surfing/swimming/kayaking/bodysurfing/etc...) so my muscles are tone, yet tight.




My goal is to do yoga with Rhonda, my love, because we can help and motivate each other to do well.
